  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for Portugal Continent after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are significant delays.

  • Portugal (mainland and islands)
  • European Union countries
  • Brazil

Portugal (Mainland) Standard Shipping 2-5 business days
Portugal (Islands) Standard Shipping 10-15 business days
European Union International Shipping 5-12 business days
Brazil International Shipping 10-15 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those on our homepage!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Alphanna is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at info@alphanna.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
